We would like to invite you to the next edition of the Housing Investments Exhibition POLAND 2008 – New HOUSE, New APARTMENT in Dublin (31 May – 1 June and 25-26 October 2008).

Last November Murator EXPO, as the first company ever, successfully organized a Housing Investments Exhibition POLAND 2008 – New HOUSE, New APARTMENT in Dublin. The next exhibition took place on 5 and 6 April 2008 in London. We presented over 100 housing investments from all over Poland. Representatives of developers, banks, and media, as well as a legal adviser, and an interior design consultant were present in 30 information stands. The exhibition was visited by nearly two thousand people.

Now, for the third time already, Murator EXPO is organizing another international Housing Investments Exhibition POLAND 2008 – New HOUSE, New APARTMENT. The nearest edition will take place on 31 May and 1 June in Dublin.
According to different sources around 1.5 million Poles live in The United Kingdom and Ireland today. Many of them are considering buying a new apartment in Poland in order to satisfy their own housing needs or for investment purposes. Murator EXPO has planned this year’s international Housing Investments Exhibitions New HOUSE, New APARTMENT especially for the Poles who temporarily reside abroad and to all persons interested in investing on the Polish real property market. The nearest exhibition will take place on 31 May and 1 June in Dublin, next exhibitions – after the holiday period – in October (Dublin) and in November (London). In future, we are planning to present the offers of Polish developers to the residents of other European cities, also populated by Poles, as well as to the Polish Community in the United States.

The form of the Exhibition, an idea of Murator EXPO, consists in presenting housing investments on standardized display-boards enriched with the most important information, including the description of the investment, its location, price per square metre and address of the sales office. The presented investments include luxurious apartments, affordable flats, as well as single-family houses and allotments all around Poland. In addition, developers and banks send their representatives to serve the visitors at the exhibition and to provide help if needed. The investments presented at the exhibition will include both luxurious apartments and affordable flats, as well as single-family houses and plots. On the occasion of the exhibition Murator EXPO will also issue a bilingual catalogue with presentations of housing investments executed in different regions of Poland.
Each exhibition will be accompanied by a broad promotion campaign in the press of the Polish community abroad, Web sites, broadcasting stations, and read real estate magazines.

The Housing Investments Exhibitions POLAND 2008 – New HOUSE, New APARTMENT are meant to present the current offers on our housing market to Poles residing abroad and other people interested in investing on the Polish real property market. And to developers and banks they create an opportunity to reach their target group in the situation of stabilized demand for houses and apartments in Poland.

Dublin

It is not accidentally that one of the cities to host the Murator EXPO Housing Investment Exhibition “POLSKA 2008 – New HOUSE, New FLAT” is Dublin in Ireland. Ireland is a country, in which the Polish community abroad constitutes 1/3 of professionally active persons. According to the estimates of the Polish Information & Culture Centre supported by the Department of Social and Family Affairs (http://www.welfare.ie/topics/ppsn/ppsstat.html) there are currently almost 700 thousand Poles in Ireland and another 5-7 thousand immigrants from Poland arrive every month. Over 60% of them live and work in Dublin.
The estimates based on the national population census conducted in Ireland in May 2006 indicate that every fifth resident of Dublin uses Polish as his/her national language (results of the population census: www.cso.ie).
